Competitive Minnesota Indian Teacher Training and Preparation (MITTP) Grant Opportunity – State Funding – FY20

The Minnesota Department of Education makes this state funding available from Minnesota Session Laws 2019, 1st Special Session, chapter 11, article 3, section 23, subdivision 5, and Minnesota Statutes, section 122A.63, to Minnesota postsecondary institutions and school districts for joint grants that will assist American Indians in becoming teachers and to provide additional education for American Indian teachers.

Due Date: August 30, 2019, no later than 3:30 p.m. Central Time

Total amount available: $92,000

Maximum grant amount: $46,000
