Network for School Leaders Serving the Somali Community – Cancelled

Date: April 30, 2020

Time: 8 a.m.-12 p.m.

Location: Armatage Montessori School, 2501 W 56th St., Minneapolis, MN 55410

Description: The Minnesota Department of Education takes seriously the precautions set-out on March 13, 2020, by Governor Walz, which is why we are cancelling our Network for School Leaders Serving the Somali Community Workshop. Join us to learn from school leaders throughout the metro about how they’re serving their Somali community. Each session will feature a panel of Twin Cities school leaders who will tell us about their journey toward racial equity. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and better understand how you might refine your practices as a leader.
