Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) Basic Training Webinar Part 1

Description: CACFP Basic Training resumes this July and October as a two-part, interactive webinar series. Each session requires 30 minutes of prework, which will be emailed to individuals who have registered at least two weeks prior to the webinar. Attendees who successfully complete a session will receive a training certificate for two credit hours.

1:05-1:20 p.m. Viability, Capability, Accountability (VCA), Household Income Statement (HIS), ABC’s
1:20-1:35 p.m. Child and Adult meal patterns
1:35-1:50 p.m. Meal service and meal counts
1:50-2:20 p.m. Food crediting and menus
2:20-2:30 p.m. Infant meal pattern
2:30-3 p.m. Questions and answers
