Description: Starting in SFY 2007, the Minnesota Department of Education assumed responsibility for calculating state special education aid adjustments for student with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that are served outside of their resident district. Learn the process of how Tuition Billing calculates and invoices the resident district for the unreimbursed costs of providing special education services, special education transportation, and general education revenue, if applicable.
