The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) – Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) is excited to offer the annual School Lunch Scramble 2018 training June 19-20, 2018. This year the training will be offered at four locations in Minnesota focusing on one topic each day. Trainers from the Institute for Child Nutrition will present Financial Management for School Nutrition Programs on June 19 and MDE Team Nutrition staff partnering with University of Minnesota Extension trainers will present a breakfast training on June 20. Space is limited by location and registration is required. An hour break will be provided for lunch on your own.
