Intermediate Peer Review and Feedback: A Review for Refinement of Practice

Description: This workshop will help intermediate peer reviewers increase their skills by refining current practices, tools and strategies to increase teacher growth and student learning. Participants will learn how to maximize individual teacher strengths, scaffold post-observation conferences based on evidence, and align individual growth and development plans to school goals. Participants will also learn techniques to help them with difficult conversations.
