Location: Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), 1500 Highway 36 West, Roseville, MN, 55113, Conference Center A, Room 14. Find directions to MDE. MDE has complimentary visitor parking.
This workshop will clarify what it means, what’s required and what the options are in being a Schoolwide program and introduce factors essential to developing a strong leadership team and facilitating school change. You will also learn the elements of a required Comprehensive Needs Assessment, including how to utilize a variety of data sources, engage in data analysis, and identify the root causes of some students not meeting standards — more clearly identifying the problem before choosing a solution.
Work time will be provided for you and your team.
Homework will be assigned and reviewed at the January 14th workshop.
