Description: All districts enrolling students with English learner status must provide an effective educational program that allows students access to challenging, grade-level academic standards. • Leverage funding and coordinate resources
  • Assess student needs
  • Provide programming to develop language proficiency and academic achievement
  • Evaluate program effectiveness
  • Identify program models that address diverse learners' needs
  • Ensure equitable educational opportunities
  • Expand family engagement strategies
