State Plan Public Comment Period Closed - THANK YOU!Thank you to everyone who participated in the public comment period, providing thoughtful comments, ideas and concerns on the Minnesota draft state plan via survey, email, written comment or commenting at one of our regional public meetings. A summary of comment themes is now available, or you can read the full list of public comments received during public comment period (August 1-31, 2017).
The final state plan as submitted to the U.S. Department of Education is available on the Minnesota State Plan webpage. A letter from Commissioner Cassellius summarizes the changes made between the draft plan posted on August 1 and the final plan submitted for review on September 18, 2017.
