Reporting and Recognition Committee

This committee will support the development of a data dashboard, a school recognition process, and school quality or student success indicators in Minnesota’s accountability system. The committee will provide concepts, direction and advice to Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), with respect to the core values these projects represent and an understanding of the interconnectedness of these three key areas. Members will advise MDE on the choice of measures and how that information should be used. The committee is also charged with upholding the stakeholder priorities gathered in previous ESSA stakeholder engagement efforts.

The committee will be comprised of three subcommittees, each with a specific focus. Stakeholders can choose to participate in one, two or all three of the subcommittees. School Quality or Student Success Indicators
