Smart Snacks Recipe Readiness - How to analyze a recipe to determine if it meets Smart Snack standards - 1/6/20
In this lesson, you will learn when a recipe analysis is required when determining whether or not a food or beverage is compliant with USDA Smart Snack regulations. It will also walk you through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction's Smart Snack Analyzer Tool, which can be used to complete the required recipe analysis.
