If you’re looking to connect with the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE)'s nutrition program staff, you’ve come to the right place! There are three key ways MDE communicates with nutrition program sponsors:

  2. Cyber-Linked Interactive Child Nutrition System (CLiCS)

Nutrition Program Bulletin

The Nutrition Program Bulletin, formerly known as the Listserv, are emails sent by MDE on the first and third Mondays of each month, with important nutrition program updates. Special bulletin updates are also sent out for time-sensitive or urgent updates.

Enter your email and contact information to receive the nutrition program bulletin emails. Each nutrition program sponsor must have at least one staff person subscribed to updates.

Cyber-Linked Interactive Child Nutrition System (CLiCS)

MDE uses CLiCS to administer essential nutrition program activities, such as collecting annual sponsor program agreements, program applications, claims for reimbursement, verification, direct certification, and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) foods activities.

Each nutrition program sponsor must have up-to-date contact information for their sponsor and food service contact. While you may grant limited access to CLiCS for third party vendors, they should not serve as your program contact. Update your contact info using the form below.

FNS Email and Phone Line
