DRAFT Federal Fiscal Year 2019 Part C Application - 2/25/19
The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) is required to publish the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2019 Part C Application before submitting it to the federal Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). The application must be publicly available throughout the state for at least a 60-day period with a minimum 30-day public comment period required within that time frame. Public comments will be reviewed and considered prior to the submission of the final application to OSEP by May 3, 2019. Public comments will be accepted from March 4, 2019 through April 4, at mde.ecse@state.mn.us. -
