MDE hosted meetings in April and May to share the ESSA law in 10 topic areas. The purpose was to share and clarify the ESSA law, gain input, and better understand stakeholder priorities. The input gathered from these meetings will have a significant impact on informing future work groups and shaping Minnesota’s new system.
